Reservation & Arrival
The room reservation becomes binding upon dispatch of our written booking confirmation.

The remaining balance is payable on departure, minus any deposit already paid. This amount includes all consumption during your holiday plus the separately stated local tax per person per night.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept payments via PayPal or other payment service providers.
The rooms are available from approximately 2 p.m.
Please vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.
Both the Gasthof and the Bauernhaus have a large tarmac car park for our hotel guests.
We’d be delighted if your furry friend were to join you on holiday!
Please let us know in advance that your dog will be staying with you, as we also offer dog-free rooms for guests with allergies. We also charge a small surcharge per dog per night. Should any additional cleaning be required or any damage occur, we ask for your understanding that these costs will be charged separately.
You’re very welcome to bring your dog’s own blanket or food bowl. This will help your dog feel just as comfortable as at home and enjoy their stay to the full.
Your dog is also very welcome in our restaurant – in fact, we’re delighted if they don’t have to stay alone in their room. To ensure that all our guests feel completely at ease, we ask that your dog remains on a lead throughout their stay and behaves respectfully. Then nothing will stand in the way of a relaxing and enjoyable stay with us.
Please come directly to the reception desk at the Gasthof Siggen to check in. We will be happy to provide you with all further information there.
Restaurant & Kitchen
- Breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m.
- Full menu from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
- Light menu from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Half board can be booked per person for the entire stay.
Every day, there is a choice of soup as a starter, three main courses and a dessert.

Austria's restaurants have been smoke-free since 2019. Accordingly, smoking is only permitted on terraces and in outdoor areas.
Summer & Day Trips
Yes, for stays from summer 2027 onwards, the National Park SummerCard is included in the price. This allows you to make use of many mountain railways, attractions, nature experiences and leisure activities in the region during your holiday – a lovely bonus for anyone who enjoys getting out and about in the summer.

There are numerous walks and excursions into the Hohe Tauern National Park starting right on our doorstep – ranging from a short stroll to Blausee to a mountain hike.
Around Neukirchen and in the valleys of the National Park, mountain bikers and e-bike riders will find a wide variety of routes – from leisurely valley rides to more challenging mountain tours. For leisure cyclists, the Tauern Cycle Route also passes very close by.
The Wildkogelbahn in Neukirchen and the Smaragdbahn in Bramberg offer a comfortable ride up into the mountains. Many of our day-out suggestions can be combined with a mountain railway journey – and the great thing is: from summer 2027, the mountain railway is included in the National Park SummerCard.
Right on our doorstep, at the entrance to the Obersulzbachtal valley, there are several special experiences waiting for you: the new via ferrata routes, the archery course and the Flying Fox. There are also waterfalls, adventure trails, the national park valleys and many other attractions around Neukirchen and the Wildkogel.
Winter & Skiing
The valley station of the Wildkogel Arena is just 2.5 km away.
Other ski resorts, such as the Zillertal Arena and the Kitzbühel ski resort, are within an hour’s drive.
Yes, the ski bus runs as required – once in the morning and twice in the afternoon (return journeys) – and stops right outside the hotel.

In Neukirchen, you’ll find several ski hire shops right in the village and around the Wildkogelbahn.

When snow conditions are good, you can join the trail right behind our inn. Otherwise, there are some great options on the Gerlosplatte.
At 14 km, it is the longest illuminated toboggan run in the world; it is about a 10-minute drive away and can be easily reached via the Smaragdbahn in Bramberg.
